Walter Earl Ellis a possible serial killer has been arrested in Milwaukee Wisconsin for the murders of nine women over the last twenty one years. Ellis has been tied to the killings by DNA and police believe a number of the victims were prostitutes. Walter Ellis served five years in prison in 1998 for second-degree reckless injury.
