Brian Milligan Jr was attacked and beaten by a group of African-Americans that left him fighting for his life in a hospital and now Brian father wants the people responsible charged with a hate crime. Milligan Jr is dating an African American woman, Nicola Fletcher, and his father believes that is why his son was attacked. Brian Milligan Jr was hit in the head with a chunk of concrete leaving a three inch gash on the back of his head and then was kicked in the face leaving Milligan with a broken jaw
