Roger Stephens has been arrested after slapping a strangers crying kid. The 61 year old Stephens hit the child repeatedly in the face at a Walmart in Stone Mountain Georgia because he was annoyed by the two year old toddler and he asked the child's mother Sonya Mathews repeated to get her kid to stop. Now Roger Stephens is facing charges of felony cruelty to children.
