Adam Goldstein aka DJ AM filmed a reality series in which he tried to intervene in the lives of drug addicts but now "Gone Too Far" may never see the light of day due to the overdose death of the host. MTV is still trying to weigh the pros and cons of airing the first episode of Gone Too Far where DJ AM speaks with a heroin addict about the importance of getting clean and his own personal journey. Adam Goldstein is believed to have died from a drug overdose of crack cocaine and benzos.
