The Renault F1 team has learned their fate and it includes a two year ban. Along with the team ban Flavio Briatore was issued an indefinite suspension and Pat Symonds was suspended for five years. The suspensions come from an investigation where Renault driver Nelson Piquet Jr was ordered to crash to ensure teammate Fernando Alonso to win at the Singapore Grand Prix last year.
