T-Mobile has suspended sales of Sidekick after a recent problem that caused a large number of owners to lose valuable data. According to T-Mobile the problem was with Microsoft servers and it appears that the only customers who lost data were those who cracked open the back plate of the Sidekick and removed the battery in the hopes of restarting their PDA.
