Deanna Higgins a teacher from Spring High School in Spring Texas has been charged with having an affair with a student. Deanna Higgins has been on paid administrative leave since January 2009 now is facing criminal charges as the DA office has charged her with improper relations between an educator and student and sexual assault of a child. Apparently all of the drama at Spring High School is not over with the rumor that a second school official may be facing the same charges.
