Paul and Rachel Chandler are the unfortunate couple who have been taking hostage by Somali pirates. The armed pirates are demanding a $7 million ransom for the safe return of the Chandlers. Paul and Rachel Chandler were sailing in the Indian Ocean when they were kidnapped by the Somali pirates back on October 23 2009.
