Gloria Navarro has the honor of being named Miss Cougar USA 2009. Gloria Navarro (photo right side) beat out a number of competitors at the contest that took place at the Dinah's Hotel in Palo Alto California. A cougar which is loosely defined as an older woman who prefers the company of younger men. This is the first year for the Miss Cougar USA but chances are it will be back next year attracting more people to the event. The above photo is from sfgate.com
