The above mugshot is of Gary Moody from Maine who was caught "inside" a public toilet again and when I say inside I mean remove the toilet lid and slid down into the waste container below. The thing is this is not the first time that Gary Moody has been arrested for this type of crime as in 2005 he told police his wedding ring fell in and he climbed in after it. During the latest caper a boy told police that a man came out of the toilet soaking wet. Gary Moody has been charged with attempted violation of privacy, entering an enclosed area not open to the public and leaving refuse in an exposed or uncontaminated condition, all of which are federal misdemeanors.
