Charla Nash was attacked by a friends pet chimpanzee February 16 2009 and today she reached a major milestone by being released from rehab. One of the first police officers at the scene Stamford, Conn. Police Officer Frank Chiafari suffers from PTSD due to the incident and the pure horror that surrounded the chimpanzee attack.
