Stephanie Pratt of "The Hills" fame was arrested over the weekend on DUI charges. Stephanie Pratt is no stranger to law enforcement as she has been arrested for shoplifting (see mugshot above) and drug possession. Stephanie Pratt has blamed "The Hills" for her eating disorder and has said publicly that she wants off the MTV reality show.
