The Amazing Race is set for their eighth season and this year there is a twist. The twelve teams have to perform a task in Los Angeles and the last team to finish is going home. Yoga couple Eric Paskel and Lisa Paskel have the dubious title of being eliminated from the Amazing Race before the race begin. The rest of the teams are off to Toyko and a Japanese game show with a competition called sushi roulette. At the end of the first leg poker players Meghan Rickey and Cheyne Whitney screw up the task and are the last to arrive but luckily for them it is a non elimination round of the Amazing Race. The contestants head for Vietnam and in the end it comes down to how well they can herd a bunch of ducks. Couples Garrett Paul and Jessica Stout battle it out with Brian Kleinschmidt and Ericka Dunlap. In the end Garrett and Jessica are the second couple eliminated from the Amazing Race
