Microsoft has banned a million players from XBOX Live for altering their consoles in order to play pirated games. With the huge success of Modern Warfare 2 debuting the other day the timing is pretty impeccable on the XBox which has many believing that the makers of Modern Warfare 2 are the reason why the ban took place as advanced copies of the latest Call Of Duty game appeared on pirated gaming sites before the game was available in store. Banning one million players is going to hurt Microsoft in the pocketbook that is pretty certain.

Chelsea Banned For Next Two Years
Chelsea has been banned for the next two years from registering new players. FIFA made the ban after Chelsea was found guilty of recruiting teenager Gael Kakuta in a non sportsmanship manner. Gael Kakuta was convinced to breach the contract he had with Lees in order to play for Chelsea. Kakuta is also not allow to play in official matches for the next four months. The soccer club was also fined €780,000.
