Tampa Bay Buccaneers backup quarterback Luke McCown has been traded to the Jacksonville Jaguars for a late round conditional draft pick. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were stuck in a position with just too many quarterbacks so McCown is heading to the rival city Jacksonville.
